LiteWire provides email accounts upon request but does not provide user support for any email client or email related issues. We do provide some limited support in our knowledgebase on our website but cannot assist you with other issues related to email. As you are probably aware there are many companies such as Gmail and Mail.com that provide free email accounts on the internet if the account we provide does not sufficiently meet your needs.

We recommend installing the free Thunderbird mail client.
