Listed data rates are the maximum speeds which connections are limited to. Actual speeds may vary depending on signal quality and other physical limitations of the individual connection. Set rates may be decreased at any time if it is required to improve network performance, or increased as network upgrades allow for improved performance.

Ultimate plan speeds limited only by network capacity and hardware capability. While speeds are not restricted, maximum rates will vary due to environmental conditions of your connection. The typical speed ranges listed for the Ultimate plan are an estimate of the range maximum speeds for an individual connection on that service level will fall within, some connections may not ever attain speeds at the higher end of that range.

The Starter plan is designed to provide good speeds for low bandwidth applications, such as normal web browsing or email. High bandwidth applications may not work well on the Starter plan, large downloads will take longer and should be scheduled during periods where other activity is not expected. Streaming video services (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) will be usable, but you may have to limit the number of streams and the quality. If your use case has trouble on this plan, please consider upgrading to the Advanced plan.
